Jazzmyne - Troubleshooting

You require a role that has Administrator or Manage Server permissions to be able to add Jazzmyne to a server.

If you have the right permissions and still can’t see your server in the list, make sure you’re logged in into the correct account in your browser.

Note: If that still didn't work, try using a different browser to invite Jazzmyne to your server. (Incognito Mode will not work.)

1. Make sure that you are using the correct prefix. You can view the current prefix by mentioning Jazzmyne: @Jazzmyne#9341

2. Make sure Jazzmyne can send messages and post links to the channel

3. If the above methods do not work,

To reduce lag and strain on the server, Jazzmyne resets the queue when it leaves the voice channels.

Jazzmyne sends messages in Rich Embeds, which could be disabled in your client.

To enable it:

Go to your discord settings → click on Text & Images → enable Show website preview info from links pasted into chat.

To reduce lag and strain on the server, Jazzmyne leaves empty voice channels.

To summon Jazzmyne back join the voice channel and enter !join

If Jazzmyne is responding to commands but not joining the voice channel, here are a few steps to try:

1. Try moving to a different voice channel and running !join.
2. Make sure Jazzmyne can join the voice channel.

If none of the above worked try:
Changing server region or kicking and re-adding Jazzmyne.

Sometimes the discord API can lag, at that time there is nothing to do but wait and keep an eye on the status page: Here

To save from spam by using commands in random channels Jazzmyne allows you to bind her to a text channel.

To rebind Jazzmyne to a diffrent channel do !channelbind in the channel you want her in.

When Jazzmyne first connects to a channel she will bind to the channel that the command was used to call her in with.

If you find that Jazzmyne's audio is laggy/jumpy, there are a few steps to take:

1. Kick Jazzmyne from the voice channel and make her rejoin: !leave then !join.

2. Go to the server settings and change the server region. A Europe server is recommend

3. Check the support server for any reports about issues with Jazzmyne.

4. Kick and re-add Jazzmyne.

If you don't hear any sound from Jazzmyne, here are a few steps to take:

1. Make sure Jazzmyne is not muted or server muted:


2. Make sure Jazzmyne's volume is not muted or at 0:


3. Make sure Jazzmyne's play volume is not set to 0 by doing !volume. If the volume is 0 change it by doing !volume 0.5

4. Disconnect from the voice channel and reconnect.

5. Check your output options in Discord settings.
User settings → Voice → Output Device and Output Volume

6. Check your computer's system volume.

7. Kick Jazzmyne from the voice channel and make her rejoin: !leave then !join.

If you are on mobile and find that Jazzmyne keeps muting herself after each song

This is a problem with Discord on mobile and the only found way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall Discord.
